The highest grade we sell. Very little mānuka tests this high, and it only happens in some seasons.
Where it's from. The most isolated hive sites in the Manawatū and Wairarapa, from old mānuka stands and a carefully timed harvest.
What it tastes like. Intense. Dark caramel, strong herbal notes and a thick, slow texture.
How to enjoy it. Half a teaspoon straight from a wooden spoon. This one is for the spoon, not the cheese board. Keep it below 37°C so it stays raw.
